Office Automation Tools – MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and advanced Excel for data analysis. Programming Languages – Introduction to C, C++, Python, or Java (varies by institute). Database Management – SQL, MS Access, or MySQL for handling structured data. Web Technologies – HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basics of web design and development. Accounting & ERP Software – Tally ERP, GST, and computerized accounting. Graphics & Multimedia (Optional) – Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or video editing.
